我是外贸新手,公司有B2B平台,但是不知道怎么发掘新客户,或者怎么的E-MIAL邀请,才能引起客户的兴趣?有询盘,该怎么的回复会成功率更高?如果收到询盘是在本平台的邮箱回复还是转到自己的邮箱回复会更加的有利呢?

发邮件的时候,千万别啰里啰唆的介绍自己工厂多大,占地面积多大,写一大堆,老外根本就不感兴趣
直接,简单,把你的产品特点和价格优势写出来

给客户的邮件:
中国很多业务人员抱怨,给海外的采购商发了很多邮件,为啥基本上都没有回信?郁闷之余,却不知道问题出在哪里。
中国的企业业务人员,在与国外的客户沟通时,在第一封邮件里面很愿意写的很详细,结果详细的过分了,比如工厂占地多少亩,厂房有多大,员工有多少,获奖无数等等,在采购商看来,就造成了罗嗦。
一个采购商,每天会收到数百封的来自不同国家的供应商的邮件,如果你邮件标题不明显,就会在第一时间被删除(没有被看的可能性很大),同时,如果邮件内容写的不好,采购商略为扫一眼,不感兴趣,还是会被打入冷宫。
案例分析:
中国业务人员的原邮件:
Dear***,
This is Michelle from xxxxx Plastic Weave Co., Ltd. The representative of A A A O E, Chanell Ajim, has contacted with you yesterday and given me your contact information. We learnt that you are interested in bags and packaging. So I am contacting with you in expect of having the chance to cooperate with you in the near future.

那么,正规的邮件应当如何写呢?
首先,邮件标题: 客户的标题需要明确产品,对方公司名称(这样对方就知道不是垃圾邮件)
比如: Re: PP Woven Bag, SADDLEBACK SANDBAG CO. From Michelle
邮件内容:
要有对方的详细资料,一个是对方打开的时候,明确地知道这是给自己的,不是垃圾,另外,在以后邮件多了以后,根本记不住是哪一个客户,只有这样写开头,才能永远保证随时可以调取客户原始资料。

ATTN:David
Tel:800-286-xxxxx
邮件内容:一定要突出你的产品特点/设计特点/价格特点/质量特点这几个要点,这才是采购商最感兴趣的,采购商在短短的几秒之内扫一眼,能够感兴趣,就是一封最佳的邮件。
比如,上面那封邮件,修改一下,大家可以看一下效果:
