加拿大进出口外贸求助前辈大神指教

我是一个外贸新人,做外贸的路不算顺利吧,做一段时间,因为一些原因停了半年,最近又开始做外贸了。上周遇到一个客户,可以肯定他不是骗子,他要的不是我们公司的产品,但是他说的想要找的,我觉得我们的产品挺适合的,给客户推荐了,来来回回5封邮件,客户好生气,说我不认真看他的邮件,其实我不是不认真看,可能是我的语句写的不够完美吧,然后就是客户真的不需要我们的产品。但是前一封邮件,他列举了他要的产品,有一款是我们有的,我跟他说了,问他要不要样品,他说可以拿个样品看看,但是后面客户还这样回我:I do not need or want your companies wipes. I need the following and yes send me samples and all information you can on each product including price break downs.
Please read this email in detail and ask for help with your management of you are not understanding, this will be last request.
感觉好伤心啊,这个客户我要怎么继续跟下去呢,求助下各位大神们!

- 用在XXX方面的(我觉得我们的产品是可以给他们用在XXX方面的,因为很多客户都是把我们的产品用于这个方面)

We are not liking for 产品D。

如果你们要是无法提供客户需要的产品,满足不了他们的需求,你就直接告诉客户你们提供不了吧。

客户指定了他需要的产品,你总推荐另外一种给他,客户肯定是会反感的。

看了楼主的邮件感觉还是纠结在货品的确认上,与其费力解释不如把你们的主要产品列出详细告诉给老外,告诉他如果觉得ok就进一步谈,不行就byebye,下次再合作了
