先写邮件问清情况。
先写邮件问清情况,简单的询问,如he you received my p/i, is there any question or problem with you?再问何时开L/C 或汇订金过来.....如采购商没回复,那你应该(很有必要)打个电话过去问清情况。是价格问题还是临时发生改变? 采购商是中间商,还在等最终采购商的确认?还是其它问题?然后根据情况做一些措施看能否挽回这一张订单。

在报价的过程中,有可能会因为价格太高或是对方的一些因素而将这项tradekey订单推迟延后,这样外贸业务员自身就要抓好机会,不能因为对方不回复就失望乃至放弃,楼主有好几个订单都是采购商一开始杳无音讯到后来我自己有效的发邮件追回来的大订单,因为是联合国采购里面的采购商,他们反而更加谨慎考虑更加的多,当然不要太轻易相信大洋彼岸的主动询盘的采购商,调查清楚之后无论是接单还是下订单都是心里有底的,毕竟这年头骗子遍地都是,小心使得万年船嘛。
