。。首先让我解释下，你误会了我的意思，这票货物一共是97箱。15000只。我们实际出货是94箱，在这94箱里，从88-94箱是缺少蓝色的手套的，其他的正常。也就是说我们少出的货物为95 96 97这3纸箱和navy色的手套，
其次，我们恐怕不能补足货物缺少的部分，因为定制纱线时我们是按照要求的数量来定的，可是分到各个加工点后，数量耗损，实际出货少了600双手套，现在为了做这600双手套而定制纱线，不够最低起订量，不好做。
为了不影响交期，我们建议您修改合同，按照实际出货数量来完成这个订单。 。。能不能麻烦您和买家协商，传达我们的意思，修改订单数量。。

遇到过跟你一样的情况,我的做法是,做一装箱单给他,在表格中标明哪些是出了,哪些流水号没出,表格的形式更容易看清楚
