2.由制造上签发的设备及其配件的原产地证书一式三份。
3.进口许可证复印件或卖方签发的无需出口许可证明一式三份。
4.每一个包装木箱或集装箱的热处理证明一份。
5.通知甲方航班日期、航班号和运单的传真件的复印件一份。
第二批付款：合同总价的20%，在设备到达甲方工厂并初步验收合格后支付
第三批付款：合同总价的10%，在甲方工厂成功通过最终验收后一月内，凭甲乙双方开具的验收证明和乙方委托银行出具的有效期为一年的质量保函支付。
