结构为多层工业厂房，地上3层，钢筋混凝土框架结构。Structure is multi-floor industrial workshop, 3 stories above ground, reinforced concrete frame structure.
一、 服务目的和内容Purpose & Content of Service
结构二层消化房的振动筛的工作，造成建筑物内的振动非常大，影响结构正常使用。
为解决建筑物内的振动问题，需对结构及振动设备进行现场振动特性的检测、分析，据此检查原设计是否达到所提供的工作参数并且提供处理建议。
The vibrating screens work in the slaker building on the secondary floor of the structure, cause high vibration in the building, affect normal use of the structure.
In order to solve the vibration in the building, it is necessary to carry out site checks, analysis of the vibrations characteristics, check whether the original design meets work parameters provided and provide handling recommendations based on this check.
三、服务项目和方案Service Items & Plan
（1）现场振动特性的检测Check the vibrations characteristics
为实现对工程结构体系的隔振控制，须研究结构的振动参数，如各阶固有频率及振型等，掌握结构各向刚度和阻尼等力学性能；利用动态采集系统进行工程振动测试，采集振动对象的位移、加速度和力等信号的变化情况，采集结构的动态响应（如应力、应变和位移等）情况，
In order to realize vibration control for engineering structure system, it is necessary to study the vibration parameters of the structure, e.g. each steps natural frequency and mode of vibration etc., master each mechanical properties of the structure such as stiffness and damping etc.; Use dynamic collection system to carry out engineering vibration test, collecting the signal change situations such as vibration object displacement, acceleration, and force etc., collecting dynamic response (such as stress, strain, displacement etc.),
本工程通过加速度传感器测量不同激振力下（考虑机器各种开启工况）的结构加速度响应。
The project measures structure acceleration responses under different exciting forces by acceleration transducer. (Take each start-up conditions of the machinery into consideration)
整个测试分两步进行: The whole test shall be carried out in 2 steps:
首先对振动设备进行测试，获得其振动特性参数及其主频;
Firstly, test vibration equipment, to obtain its vibration characteristics and its basic frequency;
其次，结合该结构及设备的布置特点，在 2 ～3 层布置测点进行测试，测点布置原则为水平及垂直方向尽量沿直线布设，以反映振动在水平及竖直方向的传递规律，得到结构的振动参数 。Secondly, combine with the characteristics of the structure and equipment arrangement, arrange measuring points to carry out test on the second to third floor, arrangement principle of the measuring points is layout along the line as much as possible for horizontal and vertical direction, to reflect the transfer law of vibration on horizontal and vertical direction, obtain vibration parameters of the structure.

（2）检测结果分析Testing Results Analysis
利用分布在结构上的加速度传感器，分析测量信号的传递函数，识别结构的模态参数。Use acceleration transducer distributed on the structure, analyze and measure signal transfer functions, identify modal parameters of the structure.
采用有限元分析程序进行主体厂房整体结构的数值模拟动力响应分析，建模依据竣工图纸，构建结构主体建立包含设备的三维结构整体有限元分析模型 ，获得其结构响应的自振频率。Adopt finite element analysis program to carry out numerical simulation dynamic response analysis of the whole structure of the main building, modeling based on the completion drawing, structure main body establishment including three-dimensional structural whole body finite element analysis model, obtain natural frequency of its structural response.
其对测试数据进行时域和频域分析，并与振动模态分析及数值模拟分析结果比较。Make time and frequency domain analysis for the test data, and compare with the results of vibration mode and numerical simulation analysis.
（3）原土建设计检查Check on the original civil design
对土建设计结构施工图进行检查，结合检测、分析结果对其设计参数是否满足正常使用的要求进行评价。Check on the civil design structure construction drawing, combine with testing, analysis results to evaluate whether its design parameters meet normal usage demand.
（4）解决建筑物内的振动问题的处理建议Handling advice for solving vibration in the building
提供专业的整改建议，隔振措施的设计方案，将振动降低至符合相应规范的要求。Provide professional improvement advice, design plan of vibration isolation, to reduce the vibration at a acceptable range in accordance with according regulation.
