是客户合同上列明的违约赔偿金，不知道这么理解对不。liquidated damages 违约赔偿金
Without prejudice to the First Party’s other rights and remedies, if the products or any part thereof or the services are not delivered or performed within the time(s) specified in the contract or any extension thereof as may be granted by the First Party, the First Party may recover from the second party, as genuine pre-estimated losses, damages calculated based on half percent (0.5%) of the contract price subject to delay for each week or any part thereof which may lapse between the time(s) specified in the contract and the actual date of delivery or performance subject to a maximum of ten percent (10%) of the value of Products or services so delayed.
在没有损害甲方其他权利和利益的情况下，货物或其他相关服务，未能按照合同列明之时间内提供或履行，甲方有权向乙方索赔。甲方根据实际估算损失以总货款的0.5%为基准。实际供货期比合同列明的具体供货日期，每延迟（相差）一星期，索赔总货款0.5%作为赔偿，最多可索赔被拖延货物总款的10%。
