Usually, we do customs clearance from Fenggang port Dongguan, but we did it from Shenzhen port this time. While the commodity inspection sent to a wrong port which resulted in being not cleared by the customs

we clear from DongGuan at most time,but this time instead of ShenZhen port,we are sorry the wrong port of commodity inspection interrupt the clearance.

we always do customs declaration at Dongguan Fenggang port ,but this time we
switched to Shenzhen port which caused the wrong record of inspection that resulted in the failure of clearance.
