7.1 买方须于此合同签订后7个工作日天内开立不可撤销信用证（CIF金额100%）,其中90%的信用证款项将在卖方向买方提供以下信息后呈现The buyer should open irrevocable L/C of 100% CIF value to the seller within 7 days after sales contract signed. 90% payable at sight against presenting the following documents to buyer ：
a. 三份提单正本,三份副本提单 Clean on board bill of Lading (in 3 original sets and 3 copies)
b. 一份商业发票正本 Commercial Invoice for each shipment goods actual delivered (in 1 Original)
c.一份装箱单正本 Packing list (in 1 Original)
d.东盟原产地证Asean- China Free Trade Area Preferential Tariff Certificate of Origin ( Combined Declaration and Certificate) FORM E
e.产品合格证原件 Product certificate issued by Manufacturer ( in Original )
7.2 剩余10%的款项在卖方对机器进行调试，安装，并对买方人员进行培训后由买方支付

5. 装运日期 Shipment date:
分批装运。6台GD在收到信用证后30天内发货，6台GS和6台GA在收到信用证后75天内发货。
Shipment of 6 unit GDs within30 days after RECEIVED L/C; Shipment of 6 unitsGS and 6 units GA is within 75 days after fter RECEIVED L/C. Partial shipment allowed.
