给客人报完价后，我们的最小起订量是500个枕头，但客人只要100个枕头，我们就回复了这样：We are OK with the 100 units,but the inspection fee,customs fees and shipping charges(a lots of costs about $250) are paid for your company.Also we can offer samples for free,but the shipping cost shall be borne by your side.Hope you can understanding~
Questions:
1.The fillings which one do you like? and is my packing ok?
2.Your company's DHL account? (we will send the samples to you by DHL)
We are quoting the cotton fabric is down proof.

虽然语法有问题， 但还是能被看懂的，你回复给客户的也没错！
我在想 客户是在考虑多买些货，不然就100个枕头 还要附带其他费用 很不划算！
坚持这样就行了，不用刻意去讨好客户，100个枕头你也没多大利润的。
订单那么小，那些费用本来就该客户承担

要不你给我样品的详细资料，我们先寄个免费的样品给你，等你看了样品的质量后，看下增不增加数量，如果走整柜的话，额外的费用我们会负责的。你可以考虑下。可以的话，请给我们你的邮寄到付账号，（ups,tnt,dhl,etc）
