I talk with interviewer in English,She is a young woman weared sports suit,with a ponytail,speaking fluent English and express her own attitude towards sales.Mainly responsible for developing brand for the company.She tell me our company has agent in Malaysia and philippines,now they want to find a agent in Indonesia.Analyse the market situation,such as exchange rate will influence exportation,while exchange rata increse,the customer will shorten their profits..and how to communicate with customer's unreasonable requirement.(e.g.some time raw material price decrease,they want us to decrease the price when loading.)we need to try something to help our customer to solve the problem
1.we should think about why customer do this,and what's his aim.mostly their aim is to decrease the import price.
2.calculate our product's cost,and if there do have more profits,we should concess some profits to customer with certain condition,like customer's annual order quantity should reached to 10,000units.we will give them 5% discount.more quantity,more discount.or change payment methods, to receive money asap.
We also talk about customers in different market have different comsume attitude,like people in Africa,they just buy what they can afford,don't concern about too much about how long the machine can be used.so only lower price will be acceptable for African.
To be a good sales,not only to focus on customers.also focus on our competitors in China,like ChongQing Shenchi,Jiangdong,Shentong,Zhongtong.Zhejiang area.so we need to go outside to see them.and compare them.
