2016年1 月12日更新：客户说这一次一定要做信用证，100% LC.不知道是不是在骗我，后期信用证问题还要请教大家啊！更新：客户说新政将在2016年1月22 日开始实施，所以目前这一票还是按照以前实行，不过下一单就要按照新政了。
楼主在12月中旬出了一个柜子到埃及，船还没有到，客户昨天晚上发了这样一个要求给我：
Any factory want to supply to Egypt market must register in the
EGYPTIAN GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR EXPORT AND IMPORT CONTROL.
The document required for this registration:-
NOTE: ALL THESE DOCUMENTS MUST BE LEGALISED.
A. copy of the factory license.
B. A certificate of the legal entity for the factory include a list of the producing items of the factory.
C. Branding of the products belong to the factory, Brands that are produced under license from its owners.

我看这应该是针对埃及进出口企业吧？是他们要填的资料，而不是你们要填的资料。我们对于埃及就是在外国的企业，怎样合法也是合外国的相关法律，不是吗？第3点就更奇怪了，关于工厂的品牌，就我们而言，客户买的绝大部分是无牌的，我们有什么品牌根本就与订单毫无关系。当然，如果你们钱已经全部收了，提供资料给他应该没有关系吧。具体你也可以咨询律师。

我也是呢，货做好了，本来是RMB TT尾款的，现在客人说新政出来了，清关单证需要通过银行的，瞬间迷茫了，客人这是要做信用证吗？
1- You will issue an invoice F.O.B. with the balance of the order in Dollars and you will add the ocean fright to Sokhna port in Egypt and add the documents legalization charges .
2- If you can make this invoice I will ask you to deliver it to your bank in China and your bank will send it to my bank here in Egypt , In this point my bank will ask me to deposit the value of the invoice and they will transfer it to your account.
3- After you ship the order you will make all the documents legalization and send to your bank to deliver it to my bank . You will not send any documents to me by courier service but only throw the banks.
I am waiting your reply – and If you agree please send me copy from the invoice by mail to review it before you send it to the bank .

应该是刚刚出来的，具体怎么个操作我问了几家货代都还不清楚，跟以前一样的单证马上到他手上了，听天由命吧。
