大家们,土耳其客户的信誉度怎么样啊?一般土耳其喜欢用什么付款方式啊?
我签了个订单,但客户要凭提单复印件付款,这样安全吗?
土耳其那存在用提单复印件就能提货的情况吗?
我们公司惯例是30%预付款,70%发货前。一下是我发的和客户回的邮件。大家给我看看我该咋回啊?

The purpose of this mail is that I want to discuss the payment terms with you.

We sincerely cooperate with your esteemed company considering our future cooperation, therefore we have offered you our best price and deliver time. What’s more, 30% payment after contract signed, and remaining 70% before shipment is really our usual practice when doing international business.

Best price, good quality and least delivery time is better than anything, right? Please rest assured that our service will fully satisfy you.

Hope you can kindly understand us in our position and sign the contract as soon as possible. So that we can arrange the production for you earlier.

Dear Alley,

Thank you for your explanatory mail. I am agree with your comments but I need you also understand me. Which you are proposing me is to pay all expence in advance, even without any business guarantee about getting the right products, correct amount and proper shipment. Unfortunately no body is eager to have this big responsbility in my company. In order to give you an idea of working terms of my company with the suppliers in Europe and America, we work open account with our undercarriage supplier in Europe and L/C 60 days after B/L for our G.E.T supplier.

As you know about global economc situation nowdays, getting L/C requires so long times and with harder conditions. In order to meet on the best conditions for both side, I can only offer you to pay 30% in advance and 70% after having B/L statement. In this way I can explain to my finance and logistics department that what for I paid some amount of money with the official statement.

As you also understand that,  I have already accepted to pay even more for same track shoes to your company, due to I could not pass through the same prolem with another track shoe supplier in China.


Therefore, if this explanatory mail could be able to describe the reason of my request and in case of you accept the payment terms of paying 30% in advance and 70% after bill of loading, please let me know as soon as possible.

Otherwise, unfortunately there is no way for me to send you the official order letter.

By the way, please also let me know that if you will be at the Intermat 2009 in France. I will be there and glad to meet you during this fair.

听客户的意思,In this way I can explain to my finance and logistics department that what for I paid some amount of money with the official statement.
客户有自己的货代吧?那更不放i心了

TURKEY的人大多喜欢做L/C,不过还算是一个中规中矩的l国家吧,骗子不多。反正我没有遇到过

任何国家骗子都是比正常的商人少的 包括尼日利亚

不能因为你没遇到过骗子就掉以轻心

。。。。。。。

土耳其海关规定是不可以退运的 而且土耳其客户很拖拉
所以楼主的付款方式有比较大的风险

我手头小于2万USD的全部是前TT 老客户也一样
大于2万的是30%定金,余款LC加保兑

土耳其要么做全额前TT,要么预付款+LC,要么全额LC
楼主做against copy of the B/L如果客户不是那么诚信那就等着被收拾吧

3条流氓海关规定--土耳其进口商诈骗的依据耳其海关有三条规定比较重要,如出口商不谨慎,将会处于非常被动地位:

1、货物到港后,如未收到收货人的正式“拒绝收货通知”,海关不允许出口商将货物拉回或转运。 货物到港后,如原进口商拒收,货物转售时,提单时,提单必须有第一收货人的背书,如收货人不肯背书,只有通知银行退回提单到国内更改提单。
2、货物放在海关四个月后,海关将作无货主处理,有权拍卖此货物。
