有一个外国客户要求我们提供证书，然后我就用我蹩脚的英语回复了： Sorry, we don't have any certificates now.Because we seldom meet customers required to provide the certificates.According to your suggestion we will cosider to apply for some certificates.The quality of our products is excellent.Thank you for your suggestion.If you want，we can send free sample for you to test,but we can ’t bear the express cost.And if you can‘t accept,hoping we will have the next chance to cooperate in the future.我是想表示我们可以接受这个建议（因为老板也说了感觉应该办一下证书），但是我们暂时没有证书，我们产品质量可以保证，也能提供给他免费样品用于测试。但是他好像理解成我能提供给他证书了。这是他原文：If you can accept this target price and give me your compromise for take the certification, please send me PI with all details.After I will give you My DHL number account for send me 20 samples for measurement for start with test production.
然后有个前辈说我可以回他：证书需要时间，我们暂时无法提供任何证书。我应该怎么用英语回复？我怕我又回错让他理解错了。请各位大神前辈们帮我看看。有什么建议意见的请直接砸给我。非常感谢！！

we promise that our products reach your standard of the certificate and we are preparing to handle this certificate,but the concerned government need some time to deal with this certificate for us, sorry we just cant offer it at present. 我自己写写的 可以稍微参考吧

客人是说如果你们接受他的目标价，并且愿意去申请证书，那么发他PI
之后他会给你他的DHL账号，他需要20件样品去做测试
如果你们接受他的目标价，能够提供20件测试样，证书可以在他们下单前申请的话，你可以这么回复他：
Thanks for your reply, your target price is acceptable, we also are very glad to arrange 20 samples for you to test quality.
Regarding the certificate, we hope you to test the samples first, after samples were approved, then we apply for it.
如果你们接受他的目标价，能够提供20件测试样，但是证书必须要等下单后才能去申请的话，你可以这么回复他：
Thanks for your reply, your target price is acceptable, we also are very glad to arrange 20 samples for you to test quality.
Regarding the certificate, after samples have been checked and approved, and you placed an order to us, we will apply for it.

按照你前辈回复的话，结果会一样。
证书除了证明你们产品合规进口国要求，也是客户清关所必不可少的。
