我这有个小单子的客户，有几个疑点，我比较不放心特来咨询下；疑点1：因为之前付了样品费，我也寄了样品，客人已经拍照来说签收了，但是联邦快递那边天天打电话来说没签收，要我解决。
疑点2：我也做了6年多业务，第一次遇到非洲客户，不是很懂他们的流程，客户发邮件来说安排付款，但是银行要和我确认账户信息；这个第一次遇到
疑点3：确认信息后，银行发来信息，要我做下面这个事，我有点无法理解，有没熟悉这个流程的朋友，烦请告知这个单子是不是有问题！

hence do contact the certification office via their email as above and finalize the conformity certification for the central bank to endorse your transfer file toward the release of the payment down to your account as you have seen that the delay is from your side now hence quick action is advised.

太长没人看？坛里以前有类似案例好像，对方要求你联系做认证，需要支付一笔认证费，进口商才能付款清关，一旦支付所谓的费用，然后就没有然后了。联系试着发邮件看看对方意图是什么先。

楼主，我表示和你收到了相同邮件内容的邮件，也是喀麦隆的客户。。。之前也寄了样品给他们，催了好几天才签收。。。发了我们的银行信息给他们，今天也收到了和你一样的邮件。。。感觉不靠谱啊。。。
