一个希腊客户，聊了两封邮件 ，也不讲价，直接让做发票，他们去贷款。贷到款再付钱。我们产品也不贵，3000多美金。但是客户说要贷款，让我提供发票税号 ，签字盖章发给他。可信吗？I represent a newly funded company from Greece called 公司名。。。. We are applying for a European funding program and we need an official offer for machine that we could use in our application. The deadline is at 24 of May so we are in a great hurry. All the information that we are asking are absolutely crucial for the positive reply of our funding program and therefore our purchase.
Please send as a pdf in an email, addressing the date of the offer, the number of the offer, your companies VAT/TIN number (Tax Identification Number), the price of the equipment in

很正常的要求。客户让你做PI，PI上面有产品信息及价格和贵司的相关信息VAT等，客户才能去安排付款的问题。在国外只要我们有签字或盖章的PI，老外都认为这是合法的发票（注意国内我们的发票要么是增值税发票等，国外没有这么一说）。但至于这一单能不能成，那就不是能正确把握的啦。无论如何收到钱再发货，就可以确保把风险降到最低

是不是最近希腊那边因为银行卡的紧。 所以客户需要发票去向银行申请美金额度来付款。 不管怎么， 坚持钱到发货就行。
