求前辈指点;我是新人，刚刚收到来密歇根让我尽快报价的邮件，我这邮箱才申请不久，不知道客人怎么知道的，另外我也不知道怎么报价，我们是民族手工艺品西兰卡普土家织锦的厂家，没做过外贸，特别的我们的产品一款一个价，也就是我给客人的邮件中一个图就是一个价，我是按照书上的那种报价单的范例做还是做个PPT或者EXCEL呢，求前辈指点。（估计客人询价的是西兰卡普土家织锦壁挂壁饰）

这种事典型的模板邮件，收到了很多类似的都是垃圾询盘，我一般都不会提供报价，先问他具体需要是什么，以探虚实。
