Before forwarding your company name to the office of the contract awarding committee of the buyer board, Firstly we would like you to know rules & regulation of this on-going contract according to our last meeting with the contract committee members.1. They advised us to inform any willing and capable supplier/contractor that he will requested to come down here or take a lawyer to represent them for the signing and legalization of the contract agreement which will only enable them to release payment in the way and manner they will be able to identify whom they are paying.That if you are taking a lawyer ,you should be ready to pay your lawyer and not after you starting telling them to pay for your lawyer or let the lawyer work for you on credit basis as no lawyer will accept that.
2. They will not accept signing and legazlizing the agreement between you and them by email,fax or courrier services as is against their rules & regulations.The contractor/supplier or his lawyer must be present here so that after signing the contract and legalize it in the international court of Abidjan here, They will immediately proceed to bank for releasing payment.
3. Terms of Payment.60%t/t of the total invoice value will be released to you immediately after signing and legalizing the agreement then the remaining 40% will be by l/c (letter of credit ) by bank acceptable to the seller. Again they will open the l/c and their bank will hold the money till they receive copies of the shipping documents from you then their bank will release the 40%l/c payment to you and you will immediately release original documents to them they said.
4. As their programm date is fast approaching, they will not tolerate any delay in this contract as they would not want any excuse to stop them from starting their comming programm . So the supplier/contractor should be ready to comply with them to conclude this contract as quick as possible to enable them release payment for them to start production and shipment in time.
5. We guaranteed you that we will never betray your company from supply and it is also the coorperation between us,we will surely be your good business partner ok.
So you better go through the above mentioned conditions and get back to us immediately so that we will know if to forward your company name to the office of the contract awarding committee or not.
客人要本公司人员或请律师到客人所在国Abidjan签单,然后立即电汇60%的货款过来,余款40%将由信用证交单来支付.大家没有这种的的经验,分享一下吧!急!!急!

你回他一封邮件说不可以,然后他就会说在我们这边请个律师带签,手续费用我们出.......然后你就傻呼呼的把钱打过去了,然后就没有下文了.......

看来大家都说不可能,怎么这个客人这样?问他有多大的数量,他不说啊,然后一步步地给我一些条款,开始跟我说不能透过他直接与他的客人的联系,后面就来了这个条款,我一看,怎么都没听说过啊!我昨天回复他了,问他到底有多大的数量,还有L/C要出示那些文件.现在等他回复!
