各位大侠，今天我一个突尼斯客户发来了这样子的一段话。有点不明白从VB: bank transfer那段的解释，麻烦告知是什么样子的付款方式呀？谢谢
About the payement in Tunisia we work with three method of payement:

* These two methods are guaranteed by a commitment between the two shores of the supplier and the customer, for our case in Tunisia, our bank is the guarantee.
VB: bank transfer; This is the third method of payment exchange internationeaux this method is that the supplier sends the goods, but it will be blocked at customs and Tunisia have less than the amount of the invoice sent to send the goods by bank transfer to your bank and received the rapid transfer of this as the bank will give the order to our bank in Tunisia to allow us to release our assets from habits.

Bank Transfer就是国际银行转账了，比如要你提供汇丰之类的银行账号。
最后一段我的理解是客户如果选择这种方式的话，一旦他通过银行转账的金额和你们发给他的发票金额不一致（客户可能会让你修改发票金额，来降低关税那些），那么他们的账户极有可能被银行拉黑，会很麻烦。
