求助各位大神们 展会遇到一客户要求寄样品 而且费用运费他都出 但是收货地址是国内一个物流仓库 还是由他们国内货代公司支付RMB 但是他要求我们给他开发票 是RMB的 请问这发票怎么给他开呀1.是开出口发票吗？
2.我当时给他报的是出口的美元价格，现在人民币支付，还要开票，那费用怎么计算?
下面是我提的问题客户回答的 求各位大神帮助
1. The frieght cost is COD or pay the freight in advance in the whole cost.
Tongda cannot accept freight collect. Please add the delivery cost from your factory to Tongda in the Invoice.
2. How do you intend to handle the terms of payment ? RMB or USD ?
this is sample only so we will pay this in RMB. My forwarder will settle this.
3. Who pay the cost ? The company name is ?
My nominated forwarder in Shanghai will pay this. Do not worry.
4. The company name in invoice is ?
of course your company name and Sold to our company xxx
We can pay the sample and the delivery cost.
Please send Invoice with RMB cost with bank details in English and Chinese words with company stamp and sign.
