各位大神们好，在此简单问候！针对出口埃及，很多客人遇到DP交单的问题。
之前有在论坛上提及一些解决方法 可能被沉默下去了。
最近很多客人加我QQ，他们都有一个通病 就是DP无法交单。
这里简单介绍一下DP ：
D/P，Documents against Payment（付款交单） 的缩写。一般是出货后将提单等单据送银行,进口商付了货款后银行将提单等单据交进口商清关提货.因为提单是有价单据，通俗地说即一手交钱，一手交货。
这里有些细节：很多客人用汇丰银行交单，都遭到了拒绝，此前我司也与汇丰银行交涉，他们也是拒绝做DP这种业务的。所以各位亲们应避开汇丰银行，选择一些比较容易通过的银行。
DP这块由于咨询的人数多，案例也多，有正式通过银行交单的， 也有under table去解决的。.
毕竟很多时候DP对提单抬头是有要求的， 提单抬头必须要有贸易账户并且开通了DP业务才能交单。

单据通过国内银行寄到客户那边银行，银行通知客户去付款 赎单，大概是这样吧。

对的， 没有。
但是DP又分很多细节条款， 情况不一样又有不一样的做法。

帖上我写的在教的双语培训课上的相关内容，可作些参考：
something in general:
D/P and D/A are the business called as documentary collection.
D/P ( sight D/P and usance D/P), documents against payment , collecting bank hands over the shipping documents only when the importer has paid the bill.
D/A, documents against acceptance, exporter is allowing credit terms to the importer who is required first to accept the bill to pay at a set date in the future, and then be able to take the documents.
D/P, usance D/P and D/A , all under collection business. generally speaking,
D/P best, because of the documents against payment at sight; usance D/P better, because also of the documents against payment ( but pay at a set date in the future). NATURE OF THEM -- NO PAY NO DOCUMENTS.
D/A terms the worst as its NATURE OF DOCUMENTS AGAINST ACCEPTANCE. docs able to get before payment by just signing the acceptance.
Quite clear that D/A is riskier than D/P. Why? mainly due to the following :
1)importer can take the documents to clear the goods by just accepting the bill, and thus the exporter loses control of documents and the goods.
2)on the due date importer might refuse to pay because of the possibilities that he finds the goods are not what he ordered, he has not been able to sell the goods or he is prepared to cheat the exporter,etc.
3)importer might have gone bankrupt.
