Did you receive and check the bags? Any comments on them will be highly appreciated!
For these bags, we checked the production schedule and found that we made a mistake on lead time. Actually, we didn't extend the delivery. In email sent to you on 16 Jan, I had communicated with you on delivery time: After China Spring Holiday, usually it will take more time to order material, so the the factory need 25 days to finish 5000 bags. If you pay the deposit before 18 Jan, then the factory will do your order around 20 Feb, the shipping date is 15 Mar. In fact the bags were shipped them on 8 Mar. I think it maybe confuse you, sorry.
We have ability to do your goods with good quality on time. Could you kindly to consider to place more orders to our factory? If you have any comments on our price, pls let us know, we will try our best to satisfy you. We hope to provide more and better products and service for you!
介绍背景 这个客户合作过两单,第一单的按时优质交货。第二单我自己犯晕,已经讲好是3、15交货,结果下的订单中客户写了个2月底,打了个问号。在安排生产时,我晕,就当成是2月底了。在2月底时给客户写邮件道歉说不能及时交货。客人可能装糊涂,可能也忘记了,催我快点赶货。 磕磕绊绊3/8 发货。期间沟通还可以。 客户两三次提到他现有的供货商交货不及时,以后要多给我司订单。 原来产品询价很积极的,但是自三月以来,就很少再联系我。 一个可能是他原来的供货商交货较及时了,不过可能性小; 二是有找到新的供货商。 因为中间两次报价都高了些。
请各位老师童鞋帮我看一下这样的催信还行不行,哪些需改进。

嗯。这位老大说的好,呵呵,我倒是认为可行。
不如直接叫客户说目标价位,就算客户装糊涂,说了国内任何一个供应商
都不可能做的价格,那也没关系啊。
