The vessel is currently berthed in Coega Port, South Africa, and the fire is reportedly under control. The efforts to extinguish the fire onboard the vessel resulted in high extraordinary costs and sacrifices. As a result, the owners of the vessel have decided to declare General Average and an adjuster, Richards Hogg Lindley (RHL), has been appointed.
We are not in a position to release containers before security arrangements have been made through the General Average Adjuster. We will share the pro-forma bonds, guarantee and cash deposit forms as soon as these are made available by RHL.
We are reviewing the situation and will come back to you with more information as soon as same is available. In the meantime, we kindly suggest that you contact your insurance company in order to notify them of the situation.

有买保险的，单据上写的收货人受益人都是代理公司，但是客户的代理公司不帮他索赔，是不是可以让代理公司背书转让给客户本人？

楼主不要着急，您的货物很可能没有受到什么影响。
货物到港之后，船公司有可能会让你们提供一个保险公司的证明，要不不让你提货。
建议你现在直接找保险公司报案，把具体的情况说明白，保险公司的也会直接给你一个建议的。
