加拿大外贸
情况是这样的。我和号称20年在美国企业（实际没有，后来我的一个美国客人证实，而且他们是以色列人）公司Sofia 两个月前就开始谈一个新产品眼影（目前有的样品是有闪亮效果的，据说中国只有两个工厂有设备可以生产），到现在一直谈的不错。
大约一个月前，Sofia告诉我联系他们公司的Jack,期间我发了很多邮件给Jack并抄送给Sofia.Jack 一直没有回复。所以一直还是在和Sofia联系（请注意，Jack之前从未出现，而且我和Sofia一直谈的很好，Ps,此Jack是采购主管）
6.9号已经和Sofia聊到寄样马上确认订单，因为他一直对这款产品感兴趣。说想看两套色系 有和没有闪亮效果的样品，我说打样全套要$170.建议寄一个无闪亮的颜色放铝盘给她看，这样就不要样品费了。
（PS,打样费这么贵是由于六色一起调制放入铝桶，如果样品打完，剩下的原料就没法用到其他地方。而且此设备接近100万。原料浪费严重）Sofia很满意。他回复：ok I will take my order and I will pay for the samples but tomorrow everything ok
第二天，6.9号Jack突然发来骂人的邮件，而且抄送给他们公司其他的人，这些人之前并没有和我联系，我也没看到过他们的邮箱。但是却没有抄送给Sofia。内容如下：
尼玛，他侮辱中国人,大家看到他说的吗？只是$170样品费啊，人民币1000元，我也没有多收，而且是可以退还的。

我当时的想法是，无论他是精神正常还是疯了，这样侮辱我们都有必要去回这些邮件。哪怕后来他自己想挽回，这个生意也不做了。后来她们的确回来挽回。之后我和经理以及老板说了这件事。
老板觉得：我们不能跟着疯子去疯。。。。我们要保持我们的风度，我们宜写邮件跟SOFIA去联系，我们绝对不能去回复JACK的邮件。。。。。。如果写邮件给SOFIA，写得漂亮的话，我们就要不提JACK的事情，而只是询问SOFIA对打样费和样品的要求等等的意见。对方大骂我们，显然是疯了，我们还去认真去解释。。。。多多少少有点跟猪打架的意思。。。
经理觉得：这个会让SOFIA怎么看？这样一封带侮辱性的邮件我们竟然一点反应都没有？做生意也要有自己的底线和原则，这样侮辱性的邮件我们还没有当没发生一样。就太没底线了。
最后，介于 Jack抄送给了别人+我已经回复并抄送+Jack是主管+绝对不能任由他们侮辱。我们经理又回了一封邮件如下：
Dear Jack,
I am so surprise! Why you are so excited! It's only
USD170, not USD17,000! The machine to make this liquid eyeshadow is very
special. In China only two factories have this kind of machine. Based on Sofia's
sample requests, we need make new samples. The costs to make new samples are
around RMB1,000 because it will waste much raw material in the sample making
time. So why we charge you USD170. Important, we will return this amount to you
when you place order!
In business area, buyer and seller are both open. I don't
understand why you are so angry. If you can't accept our sample charges, you
can tell us. It's inadvisable to insult a girl before you understand the truth
of the matter.
For your reference: Kuen's annual imcome is more than
USD100,000 because her annual sales volume is near USD10 million. In our city,
the salary of one nanny is not less than USD500. And i been in American 2-3
times per year. I am 15 years foreign trade business experience.

当时经理写完先发给我看一下，然后去她那里。这个客人我跟了两个月，花了很多精力，突然弄成这样心里的确不好受，看完经理写的这些，当时都感动的哭了，觉得虽然碰到这么恶心的客人，以后无视他就好了，碰到好的领导真的很难得。后来这封邮件就发出去了。
这四封邮件（我发的三封，经理的一封）没有任何人回复，后来经理让我晚上单独发封邮件给Sofia,大致内容是：我很伤心为什么Jack这么说之类，感谢她两个月来一直的合作云云。没回。
晚上和另外一个客人说起这个是，她是个非常好的人，她很气愤，(A是她，C是我)和我说了这些：
A:I don't think the are american， they are from israel because in america people usually very polite much more then in outer counties believe me))) I used to live in russia and worked with many different countries and nationalities )
C:Most of america are so polite like your said, I never meet that one so crude I trust you

A: My rules ! NEVER WORK WITH PEOPLE FROM ISRAEL AND ARMENIA !(他们该有多恶心) You can work with them but if they paying in front 100%
C: Ok, I remember it
A: I am saying they are bad people, they have just different way of life) don't be upset about it all people are different ) you just should find the way to managed you business with them)
C: Yes, I just feel unimaginable

彻底寒心，称主管只是不认可170美元云云。一句道歉都没有的。我们一致决定不要再同这家公司联系了。再去联系，就不能算是jack骂人不尊重人了，而我们是犯贱找不痛快了。断了与他们的联系，忘了他们。
这个帖子我想曝光出来，就是想对同行们说如果你们有和他们合作，或者他是你的潜在客人当做重点对象的话，一定要小心。
Jack这样的人说出这样的话竟然还能安然无恙的待在那个所谓的20年的企业，还没有人说他的不字。可想有多恐怖。以上内容全部是原文，

后续
6.12日我用私人邮箱把Jack 的邮件抄送给了他们公司所有人，什么也没说。
6.13号，Jack竟然连续回了三封邮件，内容一样。尼玛，终于道歉了。

I sincerely apologized for the last email you recive . please ignore it . am very professional at my work . and me personally never talking like that ridiculous email you recive, to costumers or vendors.
my email address has been hacked probably by one of our competitor. problem solve already email is secure now .
please continued the transaction with Ms Sofia. she is the one that in charge on this project.
看过上面内容的就知道Jack在找借口。四封邮件第一封他抄送给自己，第二封抄送给他们Boss,第三封又抄送给自己。。。。

一般对于这种智商情商突然缺失的外国人，我会很冷静，然后找出他们国家的优点与缺点，分析好，回复一封充满讽刺味道不带脏字的邮件。
本人表示，屡试不爽，每次都令那些人无疾而终。
