跟客户说了交期然后客户打了尾款，结果才被告知采购忘记下单，交期要延误7天，本来交期9-10天。客户已经打了尾款，之前这一单已经给客户留下了不好的印象，因为未标注有效期，芯片价格涨了，客户下单的时候要涨价，客户很无奈，后来说说可以交货尾款也打了，结果因为我们忘记下单给供应商，又延误了那么长交期，如何跟客户交待呢？真不知道这邮件怎么发客户解释了。请各位大侠指导下，谢谢

给工厂加钱，先把这个订单加塞加急做啊；先核定工厂的信息，能做还是不要和客户说了。不然，恐怕以后合作的可能就很少了吧；

做是能做的，只不过最快也要延误7天，哎，现在想找个啥理由跟客户解释好，

想方设法把客户留住，同意楼上的，要工厂加急赶出来，以后要细心点咯！

尽量找个能让客户信的过的理由 开发一个客户难 掉个客户很容易 在本人看来这个问题挺严重

和工厂沟通优先安排生产啊，这种全部货款都付了的客户真的不多了。

找一些延期交货的理由来说服客人。

我后来是如何回复的，因为需要尾款才能发货。本来货物11月6日完成出货，3号通知客户付尾款，6号才被告知采购忘记下单，要顺延一周，11/7客户发了水单 ，到账时间要一两天也是缓冲时间，刚好客户少付了几十美金也是个斡旋时间，就没有跟客户直接说延迟出货。客户一直没有回复，到了10号，跟客户说可以发货了 ，几十美金先挂在我账上，让他支持我更多的单子。客户表示很感激……10号刚好是周五，货物其实周一才让货代提走，直到周二才有了跟踪号，然后这个单就这么掩护过去了……
下面是我跟客户的 沟通：
跟客户发邮件我跟经理 的沟通，没发货是因为客户少付钱了，后来先挂我账上，最终货物已经发了
Dear Mr Tommaso,
Have a nice day.
After talked with our manager ,he insisted on the payment should be clear before shipment .for the reason we got few order from you in the past few months.
However I promised you will place next order soon . At current , the sample cost is counted under my account , it would be deducted from my salary if I can not collect money back ...
Anyway and Finally ,we have sent out the goods ,tracking number will come out in next working day .
By the way ,does your client confirm the XX order ?
Looking forward to hearing from you soon.

I just spoke to the client, she told me they want to place the order next week for 2000 pcs.
But I still don’t have the official order. I know we have not been ordering a lot recently but we are really pushing your items and we are really close to confirm this order.
I have to ask you two things:
How much will the price change next week?
Could you kindly wait one more week? I promise that if the client won’t place the order I will pay the sample cost by paypal.
I know you don’t know me well but trust me and trust our company: we are a solid company and we are really concern regarding our suppliers: if order won’t be placed, next week I will make the payment of the samples for you.
Please kindly advise how much the price will change next week
