前两天我的一个印度客户发邮件告诉我们以后汇款前必须要我们提供三个文件，他们才能汇款，还说这是印度央行的新规定。以下为原邮件内容：
We would like to bring to your kind notice that the following certificate/forms (three documents) are required when customer transfer payment from India to outside Countries.
1) Declaration from the supplier on their company letterhead with seal and sign.
2) TRC (Tax Resident Certificate) to be arranged from your Government authority (Tax / finance / revenue department).
3) Form 10F to be issued after getting the TRC from the Government authority (Tax / finance / revenue department).
All these forms required related to payment transfer from India to outside countries, attached copy of documents are sample for your easy reference. One of our customer have asked these documents from Yii Lee who we represent in India.
The purpose of documents;
§ This is a new regulation imposed by RBI (the main bank of India controlling foreign exchange transactions of all banks in India)
§ This is apparently to prevent tax frauds, money laundering etc.
§ This is insisted upon by some banks and not all, at the moment.
§ But soon all banks may ask these certificates from the overseas suppliers.
§ If these certificates are not provided then the buyer would be asked to pay a large penalty.
第一个文件是由供货商出具的，这个简单。主要是第二个和第三个文件是由政府相关部门出具的，万能的坛友们知道这两个文件应该联系哪个政府部门出具吗？ 在线等，十分着急。

第二个文件是中国税收居民身份证明，去税务局办。第三个文件是所得税证明，自己到网上找一个打印一下，这里（https://www.hsbc.co.in/1/PA_ES_C ... rtification_nri.pdf）有个模板你可以参考。

您好，我想问一下Form 10F里面的No. v “Period for which the residential status as mentioned"指的是什么时间段吗？
还有“I have obtained a certificate in sub-section (4) of section 90 of sub-section 90A from the Government of_______________________________Name of country or specified territory outside India)”这个又是什么呢？

这都是在你办完中国税收居民身份证明（I have obtained a certificate）后填写的。

没有，我们公司有纳税人资质，所以就写公司那个
因为前面方框填写了公司的税号，后面I have obtained a certificate 那边我全填了N/A

您好，去税务局办理中国税收居民身份证明需要带什么材料？另外税务局出具的是英文版的吗？如果是中文的，阿三也看不懂啊

我也遇到同样的问题，客户说付款都一个月了，还没有付下来。晕，客人就让提供了一个文件。
说主要是针对新的付款客户，老客户付款还是方便的。
