加拿大进出口外贸《2011最有成就感的订单》--我的Google客户



加拿大外贸

之前看了很多前辈写关于如何开发google客户的帖子,心里很是激动,也学到了很多有用的知识。熟话说学以致用,小的也尝试了一番,却没想到竟此得到一个柜的订单。

1. Google

之前也试过很多种的google方式,但是最欢喜的还是google image+网站定位,由于产品的特殊性, 出现的图片(除了一些B2B),一般都挺对口的。
输入关键词,定位收索,点击image,出现了很多图片,一般我只点击那些图片处理得当,上档次的(要不然点开都是一个小小的网店,烦银呢)。收收索索,索索收收,进入了一个网站,不错,正规新颖,而且可以找到自己产品的大类,吾乃三生有幸的是,人家的邮箱就在里面摆着呢 ,这群闷骚的娃,生怕木有人联系他们呢。 收集整理,继续查看客人信息。正所谓知己知彼,有邮箱未必就可以成功发送,成功发送,也未必能够勾起客人的兴趣,更不能保证得到客人的回复。这时候猿粪和开发信都扮演了一个相当主要的角色啦。

2. 开发信

从进入工作以来,最讨厌写开发信了,木有人回复啊,烦银呢。有人回复看,打开一看:move my account from your e-mail list,伤银不商量啊~~~外贸苦逼的生活,伤不起啊。
废话少说,进入正题。在google这个客户的时候,如上文所提,客人摆明了有邮箱可联系,而且指名道姓的,我喜欢 。上面有老总,副总,采购经理,采购助理,设计,销售等等等。当时那个犹豫,到底写给谁好呢?老总?怕是没空理俺这个无名小辈,副总?万一,人家一个不小心只管销售咋办,不苦逼了么?采购经理?不错,对头,但是决定供应商往往还需要请示上头老大的。于是乎,写给老大,抄送给小老大们^^

We have visited your website and really graced to know you are on the market of产品. (小的英语很差,汗颜,回头看看竟然寥寥几个字,错了N处,没人看见,咱赶紧地修改 )

(为什么要插入客户的图片捏,一般人对自己的东西,往往是远远地一眼就能识别出来,在邮件中插入客人先有的产品图片,可以抓住对方的眼球^^,勾引你,勾引你,百试不爽,最高纪录发5份开发信,回了4份,啦啦啦啦)

This is Ashiely from xx Co.,Ltd, the eco-friendly manufacturer in China, which  specialized in产品名称, for daily use, gift and promotion item. With the customers such as Z, S,H(它都是大公司,不信俺,信他们么,都被咱土匪窝骗到手过^^). and already passed the FE from Walmart(其实过期了。。。).

Customer designs are available! (仔细查看过客人的网站,人家可是有设计团队的,而且产品的设计可是大大地好,看不上咱的。但是咱也不灰心,咱还做OEM呢 )

3. 初步交流

果不其然,人家老大忙得很,回执都不点一下,(我戳死你 ),因为姐姐喜欢在晚上发信,做做“偷鸡摸狗”的事情,往往需要气氛 ,发完后,刷新了N遍,木有消息啊,好事,说明没有退信捏,嘿嘿。
睡了一大觉,早上起床打开手机,收到了两份陌生人的邮件,有回复了,泪流满面, 还是两个负责不同case的人都回的,哎哟喂,那个叫欢喜。

We are very interested in having our 产品 in China. Currently they are printed in Germany. (中国便宜啊,来吧来吧 )

One important factor for us is MOQ. The maximum MOQ per design that we can buy is 2000 packs of 20 pcs.  We are happy to begin with 12 designs in big size and 12 in csmall size. (这倒是个问题,╮(╯▽╰)╭,为了你,姐愿意为你奉献)

Please advise if you can work with us in regard to the MOQ issue. If you can do this for us, then I think that we can do good business. (量少木有关系啊,加钱,加钱^^)

Re: MOQ

The MOQ for 大规格 and小规格are 5000sets/design. The second MOQ will be 2500sets/design, due to the spoliage for big order and small one are the same, the price will be different under this stituation. plus the mode fee, small MOQ's price will be much higher than standrad MOQ, please kindly advise.(总之一句话,你就加点数量呗,求您了 )

Re: Quality

As your mentioned, your existing 产品名称 was printed in Germany.We suggest to check with our quality by real object. In order to help you reduce some express fee, please try to buy 产品from 现有客户名称, we are the vendor for following designs.

Re: Details
1. We have x and x for产品名称, please adivse the 参数 for each specification.
2. Do you need 包装条件? Please inform 具体信息一大推 .....
3. Please advise if there is 外包装. Attached the pictures of 我司产品 for your reference.
4. Please note that the total value of each shipment should not less than xx. If in case the total shipment value cannot meet the requirement, some handling charge will be collected from buyer. (散货费)
5. Due to the price is based on the参数for each design, could you please advise参数or send the designs for our study.

In order to send you our best offer, please kindly clarify the above conditions. Sorry for my poor english. (不知道看哪个美眉说的,怕客人看得烦,带句客气话;P )

First of all, please do not apologize for your English, as you write very well!! (小样,你就装吧;P )

It is important that we deal with the issue of MOQ. We need a MOQ of a maximum of 2400 sets. We will pay a higher price for this quantity, as this is MOQ is more important to us than the lowest price. (哎呦,您这么大方,叫我怎么宰你呢)

Please base your pricing and plate fees on 参数. 外包装信息.

I do hope that you can find a way to give us our required MOQ. If you do we will have no problem ordering a 40’ container from you, each time that we order. You can expect at least 2 x 40’ containers per year from us. (嗯嗯嗯,多点我也不介意哦)

Note that 小J works with our larger customers, and will probably not have a problem with your 5000 MOQ. Please quote her on that basis, but also base your pricing and plate fees on参数. Innerpacks should be 包装. (可惜小J木有消息了 )
