现在的形式，没有昆仑银行账户伊朗业务很难做。另外我也遇到一些公司担心美国的制裁，即使有昆仑银行账户也不敢用自己公司的名义进行申报。同时，伊朗方面又限制进口，对进口品类进行严格划分，对1，2类鼓励进口的品种实施最惠的汇率政策，4，5类产品不但没有优惠的汇率政策而且不允许进口。所以现阶段伊朗业务一是汇路问题，二是品种问题。如果经营的品种不在伊朗政府支持进口的范围，业务开展难度就更大了

下面是我们伊朗同事对于最新伊朗汇率政策及进出口政策了解到的信息，分享给大家。关注伊朗市场的小伙伴，可以参考下
Meanwhile by Saturday on new regulation, there is policy to return Exchange company to work and from today they should start.
- Cash USD is free to sell and Buy which during last 4 Month it was forbidden for anyone and exchange company was closed,
- Transfer Cash USD and Gold from foreign country is allowed to import without tax and vat which was forbidden
- Only Group 1 can get CBI rate as 4200 Tuman, this rate will be fix till March 2019. Only 4200 Tuman per USD
- Group 4 is forbidden to import and items of Export as forbidden will announced later
- All petroleum products, refineries, steel and etc will calculate by new market rate
- Market rate will be negotiable rate between buyer and seller.
- CBI has monitor negotiable rate in the market which is announcing by exchange companies
- Cash USD in iran will be 5% tolerance from this market rate
- Initial market rate which they consider in exchange companies is 8,800 Tuman to start and depend on market will change
- There is no Open market rate or free market, only 2 market is able as exchange companies also will work so open market doesn’t have any mean.
It was against new sanction of USA which started from today, so in this case which USD was 10,500 Tuman per USD is down as new policy but it cant be stay in this level, by end of next week all policy and announcement will come and all companies and manufacture should follow new policy for import and export.
