这个月要出韩国一批机械设备，货代说要签赔偿书，装箱保函，特种箱订舱保函这三样，去年出货的时候都没签，刚问货代说是现在都要了，请问是这样吗？必须要签吗？特种箱订舱保函：
我公司作为以上货物托运人确认以上订舱数据与货物实际进港数据一致无误，若因我公司或我公司委托代理人未如实申报货物，我公司将承担以下责任及费用：
1对承运人及其他相关货物造成的损失赔偿。
2因货物描述不一致产生的额外运费及其他相关费用。
3承运人可拒绝装载货物，并免于承担委托方及其他相关费用及损失。
4免于追诉承运人对于货物无法按委托运抵交货地的所有责任及赔偿。
装箱保函：
我公司作为以上货物托运人承诺对于订舱货物进行合理包装并谨慎装箱，若因货物包装或者装箱不当造成承运人相关损失，我公司将按KMTC提单正面及背面条款承担赔偿责任。并承担集装箱污损所产生的修理费及清洗费，以及承运人运输途中因此对其他货物或者运输工具造成的污损的赔偿及相关处置费用。
赔偿书内容：
1. To indemnify you, your servants and agents and to hold all of you harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage or expense of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising which you may sustain by reason of the goods being carried.
2. In the event of any proceedings being commenced against you or any of your servants or agents in connection with the carriage of the goods as aforesaid, to provide you or them on demand with sufficient funds to defend the same.
3. If, in connection with the carriage of the goods as aforesaid, the ship or any other ship or property in the same or associated ownership, management or control, should be arrested or detained or should the arrest or detention thereof be threatened, or should there be any interference in the use or trading of the vessel (either by virtue of a caveat being entered on the ship's registry or otherwise howsoever), to provide on demand such bail or other security as may be required to prevent such arrest or detention or to secure the release of such ship or property or to remove such interference and to indemnify you in respect of any liability, loss, damage or expense caused by such arrest or detention or threatened arrest or detention or such interference, whether or not such arrest or detention or threatened arrest or detention or such interference may be justified.
4. The liability of each and every person under this indemnity shall be joint and several and shall not be conditional upon your proceeding first against any person, whether or not such person is party to or liable under this indemnity.
5. That in any event your liability for any loss, damage or expense of whatsoever nature and howsoever arising out of your agreement to carry the said goods shall be determined in accordance with the Hague Rules as amended by the Brussels Protocol 1968 (i.e. the "Hague-Visby Rules").
6. This indemnity shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Korean law and any dispute under this indemnity shall be finally settled by arbitration in Seoul, Korea in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and under the Laws of Korea. The award rendered by the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding upon both parties concerned,

指定货代，你只能签啊。要不就和你客户反馈，强烈要求换一家货代。

个别船东针对特定品名确实要的（机器装箱理论不用，不过你特种柜可能需要），
还有可能是货代想要避免风险要你填的，如果你装柜各方面都没问题的话其实不用担心。

一般看船东要求，特种设备装特种柜，船公司可能会需要提供相关保函的。

了解保函里面的内容，能接受的话，签个保函也没所谓。都是为了保函大家的利益而已。不用太纠结。
