国际四大快递索赔案，虽然发生的不多，但是每出现一个，客户苦，货代苦。。。。。最近遇到一票件，发美国，货值500美金左右，阿里上下单订单，从打单地址，到LB单，地址都没有错，但是目的地DHL还是派送到了错误的地址，目的地找了几天还没能找回，然后直接给客户了索赔号，造成这个问题的实际原因就是目的地派件人员的失误，目的地DHL技术人员和国外客户承认了这个错误，一般索赔最高都是100美金，这次的这种情况，有从官方拿到更多赔偿的办法吗？[local]1[/local][local]1[/local]客户的原话：[local]1[/local]
GOOD evening Vinnie last week when DHL delivered my package the driver had taken it to another address. Ive been calling them every day to find out if they have located my package. DHL had the driver to go back to the place where he had dropped it off to retrieve it back but he was not able to they were long gone in the wrong hands I had spoken to a specailist today from DHL and she told me to contact you and give you the claim number so you can file a claim for the shipment that they have lost. The claim number is （索赔号暂时隐藏，问题件还在处理中）. Can you please file this claim at your earlist conveince for me.i woild like you to send out the same order when DHL resoloves this matter and refund me back.
