Please note that you have to advise your forwarding agent the following:
Not to ship the cargo in consolidation to Amsterdam.
To confirm that MASTER-AIRWAYBILL at FREIGHT PREPAID is issued to OTX Logistics B.V.
If cargo will arrive at another service provider at Amsterdam Airport high transfer charges will be occurring (approx. us$ 0.35 per kilo) and storage charges will be imposed, which might have to be debited back to you for not following up this instruction.
However if you follow up this instruction promptly and accurate, we will be in position to save each other a lot of additional costs and it will speed up the progress of the airfreight transit time.
