I am writing to you because we have a large amount of articles from your company in our warehouse.
This stock has previously been handled by COMEX in Luxembourg.
COMEX is currently in liquidation and therefore not able to continue its business.
Since COMEX can no longer pay, we have frozen your article stock in Luxembourg.
How should we now proceed?
We can deliver the goods back to your factory or possibly to another partner of yours inside Europe.
In order to proceed, some open invoices of COMEX need to be paid first..
In which way are you interested to solve this issue and to get your stock back?
Of course, with every extra day of storage in our warehouse the invoice amount increases.
I would therefore appreciate your soonest feedback.

这个公司是破产了,我也有一些库存货物还在他们仓库,还有一些货款没付给我,现在是联系不上了,最后2封邮件后邮件就发不出去了:

As your company is the owner of the goods, the gouvernment should accept to relase the goods.

回了邮件也没回复,应该是群发的,不知道什么情况。
目测应该有不少国内合作的供应商,应该事情会有一个最终的说法吧,具体什么时候有结果鬼知道,最坏的结果无非就是不了了了,也没办法

是的。卢森堡仓库那边也发过邮件给我们。说需要支付了仓库费用才可以拿到货。问题是剩下的货,也不好处理。
