孟加拉国只能做LC是因为孟加拉国的的外汇管制，如果客户能从别的地区TT过来就当然可以TT。

孟加拉那边不做信用证客人很难清关的，国家要求必须做信用证，但是那边的银行普遍信誉很差，银行无故放单很正常，还是谨慎一点为好
