According to the memorandum issued by the Lebanese Customs attached, and for all the orders to be imported from overseas to Lebanon , a new regulation is requested regarding :The original invoice should be :
· Stamped by the customs, ( beside the stamp and signature of the supplier )
· Duly certified by the Chamber of Commerce and the Lebanese Consulate at origin country.
The document of the EXPORT FORMALITIES : EX1 , A copy of this document should be sent along with the documents and a copy by e-mail .
This decision is effective from 26/09/2019
For that , we would like you to help us on this matter , so to issue an original invoice which will be stamped by customs at the country of origin , and which will be duly certified by the Chamber of Commerce and the Lebanese Consulate at origin country., with the EX1 document .

1 中国海关不会在你的箱单发票上盖章的。
2 看内容，你可以问下你客户，是否需要盖海关章的报关单，外加商会证明以及拿去大使馆加签（发票OR报关单？？）。

国外客户要求发票做贸促会认证。（贸促会认证不是在证书上直接盖章，而是做成证明书的形式）
原产地证要求做大使馆认证。（大使馆认证时间比较长，要合理安排时间）
EX1是什么东西？可以让客户发一份样本做参考。

我们九月份刚出了黎巴嫩的货，刚刚寄走文件，提单正本三份，箱单发票盖公司方章，签字。就这些，可能你们的产品不一样。
