Clause 4. PAYMENT TERMS, GUARANTEE AND POP:1. Payment Terms: LC (Letter of Credit) Transferable, Operative, and Irrevocable payable 100% at sight monthly against shipping documents in the B/L, by A Top25 Bank.
2. GUARANTEE: the first payment due to this contract is construed as a Guarantee. Therefore, upon execution of this contract, within up to 10 (ten) banking days after executing INVOICE, client issues a LC for 100% of the trial shipment value, payable against shipping documents. The process will repeat itself every month during the term of this contract. Financial instrument shall be valid for 60 days.
NOTE: The client does not need to issue a separate LC as guarantee, since we, the seller, understood the LC issued for trial payment as the guarantee intended.
3. POP: Within up to 10 (ten) banking days, after confirming the opening of the LC in his account, Seller shall issue PoP (Proof of Product) and 2% (two percent) Performance Bond in a LC format. Both situations are issued only for the first month.

第4条。付款条件、担保和付款方式：
一。付款条件：信用证，可转让，有效，不可撤销，由前25家银行每月凭提单上的装运单据100%即期付款。
2.担保：本合同项下的首次付款应被视为担保。因此，在本合同签署后，在发票签署后的10（十）个银行工作日内，客户开具100%试运价值的信用证，凭装运单据付款。在本合同有效期内，该过程将每月重复一次。金融工具有效期为60天。
注：客户无需开立单独的信用证作为担保，因为我方，即卖方，已将为试付款开立的信用证理解为预期的担保。
三。POP：在确认开立信用证后的10（十）个银行工作日内，卖方应以信用证形式出具POP（产品证明）和2%（百分之二）的履约保证金。这两种情况只在第一个月发布。
