一开始把发票发给他的时候，发票已经写明了样板费、运费、PayPal手续费多少。但是他付款的时候只付了样板费，没有付运费跟手续费。那我回邮件给他：The sample charge is received.I have to remind that the shipping needs to pay before the sample is shipped.然后他的回复是说他忘了付运费了。
我再次回复他：我们先给你打版，版做好之后把运费给付了。而且他同意了，还要求用中国邮政的。
版做好之后，我提醒了他付运费，但是他竟然说付了。那我回复：What you payed is just the sample charge not the shipping cost.Please check the chat record among our mails.
然后他回复：There was no shipping cost on your invoice. Hence, our office didn’t pay it. The cost of shipping is lower than the cost of sending the money. Please send the sample plus any colour ways by EMS (not express).
然后我回复：The shipping cost was written on the invoice,please check the invoice again.The sample can't be shipped if we don't have the shipping cost.并且把发票再次发给他看。
接下来他的回复是：We didn’t realise there is a freight charge on the invoice. US$35.00 for one coat is far too expensive. We pay a lot less by China post.We can take the freight charge in consideration on to the next order.（35美金就是要付的运费，其实在中国邮政官网上查询的运费是37.8美金的）
我再次回复：If you place an order,we can make advance for the freight first for you and later the freight will be added to the order but we are not sure if you really place the order.
然后他回复：The cost to send the sample is too high. We didn’t realise there is a freight charge US$35.00 on the invoice. Please refund the money.
但是版都已经做出来，版费要退吗？

也许为了不想要，找了个理由！这就等于退货了，那是要退的，但可以交涉要求补偿，毕竟样板已经做出来了

现在回信给他，居然收到了退信的回执，连交涉的机会都没有
