I'm new in Forum. I would appreciate it if somebody can answer the following questions for me:(1) is Form B4A to be filled in at the point of entry or to be pre-printed?(2) to what extent shall I describe the Goods, e.g. just "Bedding" or "Quilts, Quilt Covers, Pillows, Blankets, etc."(3) who has most updated fillable Form B4A (05) (Personal Effects Accounting Document).(4) there is already a photo attached to my CPR. Need I take new photos?
