09年初有想移民的念头，开始关注家园论坛网。从现在开始记录全过程09年5月4日，办好汇票。09-5-6，邮寄申请表格。09-5-12，表格签收，签收人nancy g09-10月，背调09-11月，要求补料10-3月，体检通知 超赞 赏 反馈:秦砖汉瓦 voidquantum社会观察者 31$(VIP 0,#38) 5462017-02-19#12 我觉得这篇报道（包括照片选择）是带有明显倾向性的，中文翻译就更是这样了。RCMP其实不存在“帮忙”的行为，只是无法把这些偷越过境者挡在境外，总不能开枪把他们打死在美国土地上吧，能做的也就是在踏入加拿大土地后逮捕他们。前几天通过的“预先通关”法案中，在美国执法的加拿大边境服务局人员，可以直接拒绝入境者，那是因为法案开头就明确说了，预先通关设施对于移民和难民保护法来说是“境外”。要应对这种情况，其实是应该修改现行的难民政策体系，能够快速遣返非法入境者。最快的方法是修改与美国的“安全第三国协议”，将“从美加边境非法入境”也列入不接受申请难民的类别。
