Hello, everyone who visits this thread. I knew some of us have been looking for a good place to practise English speaking, which is just like what I have done for such a long time. However, it's not a simple mission to get that good place. I am really upset about that. Anyhow, SKYPE has provided a very good and free voice over IP service which is working with the best voice quality over Internet. Unfortunately, only end to end service is available for free membership. Whatever, SKYPE is still a good way to practise speaking skills and improve oral proficiency, if anyone of us DOES want to do a great preparation job before getting to the dream land someday.
