I am going to rent a suite(bathroom,drawing room,kitchen and bedroom) next to warden and mcnicoll,2 mins from the warden bus stop and only 1 block for metro supermarket and a chinese plaza. $725 per month include the utility bill and internet.place is newly painted and decorated.ps; 1.only rent for a girl/lady who is neat and considerate.if the tenant who can make satisfactoryly tidy,lower the rent in the second half year is absolutely possible. 2.tax is included on the monthly rent 3.contract has to be signed. 4.smoking is strictly prohibited.contact: msn [email protected]
