报道：警方目前正在寻求公众帮助以找到驾车撞到一名14岁女孩的男子。

事件发生在去年11月23日早晨7:15左右，本那比东的Cumberland Street 夹 16th Ave 交口附近。一名女孩当时正步行去上学。
警方今天发布了一段监控视频。
从视频中可以看到车祸发生后，女孩艰难地走到了人行步道上，涉事车辆一度停到了街边，一名男子之后下车走过街道去看了下。
但之后这名男子离开了现场，没有留下任何信息，也没有向警方或ICBC报告车祸。

警方呼吁能够辨别出视频中的男子或他的车辆的民众联系警方，电话是604-646-9999。警方也呼吁视频中出现过的民众能联系警方。
