一些地區的警方也提醒民眾Rogers出現了全國范圍的中斷，影響到了警方的回電。

Rogers 今早在推特上表示一些客戶正經歷語音和數據服務的間歇性服務中斷。服務團隊正在努力工作以盡快恢復服務。
Some wireless customers are experiencing an intermittent service interruption for wireless voice and data services. Our team is working quickly to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide regular updates.

不過至少3個小時過去後，問題仍然沒有得到解決。Rogers官網上的服務中斷通告一文仍保持中斷持續的狀態。
不少疫情期間在家工作的民眾紛紛抱怨無法打電話導致他們無法工作。在家中普遍已經不安裝座機的今天，如此長的中斷難以接受。
For those of us working from home this has serious repercussions. I have patients who are waiting for their scheduled calls and I can't use my phone. No one has home phone these days so when you cut off our cell phone, we are disconnected from everyone. This is unacceptable!
