Rogers 今早在推特上表示一些客户正经历语音和数据服务的间歇性服务中断。服务团队正在努力工作以尽快恢复服务。
Some wireless customers are experiencing an intermittent service interruption for wireless voice and data services. Our team is working quickly to restore services as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to provide regular updates.

不过至少3个小时过去后，问题仍然没有得到解决。Rogers官网上的服务中断通告一文仍保持中断持续的状态。
不少疫情期间在家工作的民众纷纷抱怨无法打电话导致他们无法工作。在家中普遍已经不安装座机的今天，如此长的中断难以接受。
For those of us working from home this has serious repercussions. I have patients who are waiting for their scheduled calls and I can't use my phone. No one has home phone these days so when you cut off our cell phone, we are disconnected from everyone. This is unacceptable!
