两院协调后的最终版本预计很快获得通过，并提交总统签字。
自从俄罗斯军队2月24日入侵乌克兰以来，美国虽然不向乌克兰派兵，但一直在加大援助，帮助乌克兰抵抗入侵。
总统乔·拜登上个月末请求国会批准追加330亿美元的对乌援助，而国会则决定提供更多金额的军事和人道援助。
