周三深夜，位于维多利亚路附近的东黑斯廷斯街的Value Village发生大灾。当局是晚上10点左右收到911的报警电话，当时商店还在营业。
温哥华消防局表示，当消防员赶到时，火势已经失控，在几分钟内烧毁了建筑物。
