九爱加拿大網報道：昨天，在安省一條高速公路上發生致命車禍，而起因是下面這只從汽車上掉落的輪胎。

事情發生在昨天下午，安省的伊麗薩白女王大道（QEW）上。

安省警員克裡.施密特（Kerry Schmidt）表示：“一個車輪從西行的車輛上掉下來，彈到東行的一側，與三輛汽車相撞，第一輛車的司機喪生”。
伯靈頓警方、護理人員和交通部人員對 Winston Churchill Blvd 附近的車禍做出了響應。
死者被證實是一名77歲的Oakville人士。

警方相信車輪是從一輛拖著空船拖車的卡車上掉落下來的，拖車目前已經找到。
