加拿大华人论坛 加拿大房产有能提供房贷利率较好的Mortgage Broker吗？

如题。现在是HSBC的贷款，4月到期，想看看贷款经济能提供给我什么好的利率。目前HSBC给的是P-0.65,虽然是5年，但是3年后就没有任何罚款了。 我VARIABLE和FIXED的都可以考虑，只要利率较好。 谢谢。

回复: 有能提供房贷利率较好的Mortgage Broker吗？这个很好了，今天我联系了一个broker，只给P+0.1呢点击展开... He/she is kidding you. Currently regular variable is around p-0.2; fixed are 2.49% for two year fixed; 2.89 for 3 year fixed and 2.99% for 4 year fixed.

回复: 有能提供房贷利率较好的Mortgage Broker吗？有个叫Dominion Lendings，今天刚打过电话。应该还行，二月初去办贷款手续。。。BMO真tmdsb一个，想要问rate还得存了钱以后才能给好rate。这银行真不靠普！

I meant the Morgage Broker was kidding when he or she was talking about P+0.1.Also, the 2.35% rate was for HSBC Premier Customers (who are investor/extra-rich immigrants). There are also rates for Advance Customers (2.40%) for rich immigrants and Special Rates (2.50%) for others.
