To:All those who visit this site ( Family Class) I recently read quite a few comments regarding immigration to Canada being refused by VO, Hong Kong. Yes, when your application is processed and handled in Hong Kong, your successful is almost zero. Most VO in Hong Kong are readyto refused your application. An interview with a VO is nothing but just to listen to their conclusion saying you have not satisfied me and have not met the immigration requirements.In this case, your application of wasting of time and money. You know these VO's has the power of authority over your application. It may also mean some VO's may misused the POA(power of authority), and some maybe even playing favourtism. You as applicant,(I refer to those genuine and real applicant)I feel really sorry if your application is refused by some VO by just asking some questions, which make conclusions of your applcation. When they feel you don't know much about your spouse,your courtship is short,you can't get married if your relationship is short between the parties.Well friends, these are injustified feeling, most VO intention are to disqualified you in the first place.An interview is just merely a routine. This is alarming, causing many genuine applicants broke with their love ones, their future, and worse thing some of the failed applicants has no roads to travel any further. Applicants, let's have our hand together,is time to raised some issues to the Immigration Minister to look at the system.
