9.16寄出 天天上网查 11.7网上终于第一次查到了！。。。刚审查3天转LOCAL同一天又转回来了。。什么意思。。搞错了么。。We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 16, 2013.We started processing your application on November 1, 2013.We transferred your application to the local CIC office on November 4, 2013. The local CIC office may contact you.We returned your application to the Case Processing Centre on November 4, 2013. The Case Processing Centre will continue to process your application within the normal service standards.

回复: 更新PR寄出多久后开始？If you have filled out your application properly and meet all the requirements, we will mail your card to you. We will only mail PR cards to residential addresses in Canada.In some cases, we may ask you to pick up your card at a local office. If so, bring your passport and the original documents you sent when you applied. If you do not pick up your card within 180 days, the card will be destroyed and you will have to re-apply.We will contact you if there are problems with your application.请问大家官网的意思是不是一般是寄出，少数有时会要求自己领取，领取当天如果没去 180天内可以去领取？看网上很多人写的是会发三次通知你来拿？
