This must be received at this office by: 05/19/2012 [*]CADGEDC for your spouse's master degree for yourself. This must be received at this office by: 05/19/2012 [*]Proof that the assisting relative lives in Canada such as the latest T4's, Notice of Assessment, Utility bills etc. for yourself. This must be received at this office by: 05/19/2012 Please present this letter to the doctor as well as your original passport. Upon completion of the examination you will be provided with proof that you have taken the examination, you need to return this proof to the embassy with your original passport. Documents should be photocopies of the originals and should be accompanied by either an English or a French translation. Notarized statements are not adequate substitutes. Please note that police certificates and passports must be originals.其他的都弄明白了，最后两段加黑的应该是特别注意的，在论坛问了无刑有说要公证，又说可以自己翻译，请列位看下最后一段的最后一句是不是无刑要原件？我还要不要去公证，公证完公证处肯定要把原件存档的！如果不公证自己翻译可以吗？被老公叨叨的我都成惊弓之鸟了！

5月7号 DHL 252人民币5月12号 Paul签收；8月12日 交通银行信用卡扣款失败；9月28日 626投 10月5日妥；10月7日 汇票解付；2011年4月13日PER；2012年3月20日ME；2013年2月20DM+大信封回复: 我的me信，在线等各位大师指点无刑！！！晕，直接去不就知道了。谁告诉你无刑证明要存档啊？就算是公证处公正，你主动要求，他也会把原件还你。。。 原件的意思就是公安局出具的，不放心再做个公正一起交上去。

回复: 我的me信，在线等各位大师指点无刑！！！各地规定不同，有些地方直接在派出所开原件，有些地方不给直接开，需要公证处出个函给派出所，派出所开，然后拿去公证处出份公证。去本地公证处一问便知
